Job Summary
Conduct and perform MRI examinations requiring independent judgment, assuming responsibility for designated procedures. Perform CT scans when needed, receiving primary MRI rate compensation for such work. Maintain patient-focused care standards within the Swedish Ballard facility. This per-diem role supports Providence Swedish's mission of improving health and wellbeing across the Puget Sound.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology training program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging
- National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
- 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist
- at least one-year experience in an MRI department
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a CT Scan or MRI department
