Job Summary
Perform Diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging of organs, organ systems, and blood flow studies with a primary focus on cardiac MRI. Provide radiologists with images necessary to obtain diagnostic results so comprehensive reports are available to referring physicians. Collaborate regularly with imaging technical educators, nurses, radiologists, and other staff to ensure outstanding standards and high-quality protocol-driven imaging. Work within a team-centered environment that includes dedicated clinical support teams for scheduling, equipment maintenance, and patient care needs. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, which normally is acquired in a two-year college or technical school program
- ARRMIT or ARRT certified with current registration
- CPR certification within three months of employment
- Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship required)
- Full Time (40 hours) employment
- Day Shift schedule (6:00am - 4:30pm, Mon., Wed., Thurs., Fri.)
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience in an imaging modality
- Magnetic resonance training program experience with clinical internship or one year of clinical imaging experience
- Cardiac MRI experience
