Job Summary
Perform various Radiology Services procedures at a technical level without constant supervision, conducting imaging and documentation while applying prescribed ionizing radiation or MRI for radiologic diagnosis. Ensure patient safety protocols are followed and serve as the first-line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs. Prioritize patient care and deliver high-quality imaging services while assisting the Radiology department. This full-time evening shift role requires weekends and includes ARRT certification in New York, AHA or ARC BLS, and one year of Radiology experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Radiology (1+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Meditech ITS – Imaging, Meditech MRI – Medical Records
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification/license in the state of New York (NY)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS), American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- Evening shift
- Weekends required
