Job Summary
MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MR examinations under Radiologist supervision, imaging neonatal to geriatric patients, adheres to MR safety and demonstrates advanced MR imaging skills with proficiency in cross sectional anatomy and physiology; provides complex technical care to meet patient needs and supports diagnosis.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
- 1 year experience as an MRI Technologist
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R) (MR)
- Advanced certification by the ARRT in MRI (MR)
- BLS certified
