Job Summary
Conduct magnetic resonance imaging examinations for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients under the direct guidance of a supervising Radiologist. Utilize resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and physiologic conditions to assist physicians in disease diagnosis. Perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards. Maintain BLS certification and American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration. Schedule flexibility is available for this PRN role at Eastside Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R)
- BLS certified
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months as an MRI Technologist
