Perform diagnostic MRI procedures, acquire patient history and screening, and execute venipuncture while transferring patients. Protect confidential information by securing computer screens, shredding data, and maintaining locked devices. Accurately call reports to physicians, clarify orders, and document all interventions, treatments, and patient education in the EHR. Reassess patients for changes in condition, report sentinel events or adverse reactions, and utilize standing orders when indicated. Maintain equipment readiness by cleaning, checking, and warming up machines daily, ensuring proper supplies are stocked. Adhere to patient safety goals, use approved abbreviations, and complete annual education and training.
