MRI Tech II

MRI Tech II performs routine and specialized Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures to produce quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently with sound judgment, delivers safe and precise results, and communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Adheres to local/state/federal regulations and privacy/safety policies while potentially orienting other staff. Education: Radiologic Technologist or Magnetic Resonance Program completion prior to start. Certifications: CRT, ARMRIT, or ARRT (MRI) prior to start. BLS healthcare provider certification. Proficiency with MRI principles, anatomy/physiology terminology, and related computer systems (RIS/LIS/EHR/PACS/Epic). Flexible schedule with per diem/casual shift, variable hours, and weekend requirements.
