Job Summary
Perform imaging procedures using radiofrequency waves and strong magnetic fields while operating a variety of equipment including computers. Exercise independent judgement under the general supervision of the Radiologist and the MRI Supervisor. Maintain superior technical knowledge and expertise in cross sectional anatomy, with a preference for two years of cross sectional imaging experience and one year of full-time MRI experience. Join a team of patient-centered professionals at a certified Level I stroke, pediatric, and bariatric center dedicated to the highest quality care for patients and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology (CAHEA/JRCT)
- Certification in MRI
- Two years cross sectional imaging and/or computer assisted imaging
- One year full time experience in MR
- Demonstrated superior technical knowledge and expertise in cross sectional anatomy
Desired Qualifications
- Two years cross sectional imaging and/or computer assisted imaging preferred
- One year full time experience in MR preferred
