Job Summary
Utilize magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body. Maintain certification in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and hold registration as a Radiologic Technology/Radiography or MRI Technologist by ARRT. Complete one year of MRI experience and maintain visual color acuity depending on the specific unit. Work nights from 8pm to 6:30 am. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program
- Registered Technologist by ARRT (RT)
- Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR)
- ARMRIT (MR)
- Certification in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in MRI
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.)
- other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
