Job Summary
MRI Screening Technologist to perform MRI exams with high-field magnets across multiple office locations. Operates and maintains MRI imaging equipment (GE, Philips, Siemens), ensuring patient safety and screening for MRI contraindications. Trains in and performs remote MRI scanning as required. Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team members; CT experience is a plus. Requires ARRT(MR) certification and MR-specific experience; role involves working in an imaging office within a radiology group.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
- ARRT(MR) certification required
- At least 8 months of MR work experience
- High-field magnet experience (required); GE high-field magnet experience preferred; Phillips and Siemens experience a plus
- May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning
