Job Summary
Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, CT, and other advanced modalities, while performing studies independently in on-call situations and for portable exams. Execute quality control protocols and manage site-specific requirements as needed. This role supports the MRI Department at Memorial Hospital Shiloh, a Magnet-recognized acute care facility providing emergency, surgical, and critical care services to inpatients and outpatients.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in related field
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R)
- IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRI
- RTR,CT,MR,M,BD,CI,VI,RCIS,RCES
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in one of the following areas: MR, CT, RT, X-ray, Radiology, Medical Imaging, ARRT, BD, CI, N, VI, ASRT, Radiologic, Rad Tech, Student Radiology, Student in clinicals, General Radiology (X-Ray Tech), Radiologic Technologist, Radiographer, Rad Tech, Radiology Tech, Medical Imaging, RT, ARRT, MRI Graduate, magnetic resonance imaging, ARMRIT, MR, MRI Radiographer
