MRI Patient Representative (Float Pool)

MRI Patient Representative, Float Pool at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, based in Chicago with travel to Westchester and Oak Brook. Responsible for patient registration, maintaining high levels of customer service, and supporting the MRI department. Primary duties include patient check-in/check-out, updating and verifying patient information in the EMR, collecting co-pays and payments, scheduling return appointments, and ensuring form completion. Must maintain professionalism when interacting with patients, staff, and physicians; requires flexibility to cover opening, mid, and closing shifts across clinics.
