Job Summary
Lead the MRI team at Salem Hospital within Mass General Brigham, providing operations management for the radiology department, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards, managing clinical staff scheduling and education, developing and monitoring the department budget, and driving continuous performance improvements. The role requires strong MRI expertise and prior leadership experience to guide staff, coordinate clinical activities for students, and align practices with regulatory trends and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred
- Licenses: Radiologic Technologist state license required; ARRT-MR required; ARRT-R required; BLS Certification required
- Experience: MRI experience with multiple patient populations (5-7 years)
- Leadership experience (2-3 years)
