Job Summary
Greet and register patients, answer incoming calls from patients, central booking, doctor's offices, and hospital staff, and screen or refer individuals appropriately. Retrieve and update medical records, perform general clerical duties, and print MRI orders to scan into PACS. Call patients prior to appointments to obtain information for screening forms, research operation reports and surgical implants for MRI compatibility, and communicate with physician offices to obtain previous imaging studies for comparison. Assist radiologists and referring physicians with information retrieval regarding prior exams and reports. Requires high school diploma, three years related experience, and EPIC proficiency. Full-time 8a-4:30p shift at The Elliot.
Required Qualifications
