Job Summary
MRD Sales Consultant role focused on the national launch of Precise MRD. Responsible for leading clinical adoption, developing strategic territory plans, engaging oncology accounts (community and academic), delivering clinical education to oncologists and multidisciplinary teams, and positioning the oncology portfolio within a precision medicine strategy. Collaborates across Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial Leadership to drive adoption, ensuring integration into clinical workflows and patient management pathways. Field-based with heavy travel within the assigned territory; requires strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments to accelerate market uptake.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) is a plus
- Experience: 7+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, biotech, or a related healthcare sector preferred
- Experience launching new technologies or driving adoption in complex healthcare environments preferred
- Experience expanding business within large health systems and integrated delivery networks preferred
- Experience navigating evolving markets and building territory strategy in launch-stage environments preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50–75%).
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company policy standards
