Job Summary
The MRB Engineer role requires candidates to apply Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product/process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and evaluate production discrepancies across multiple disciplines. This position necessitates collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams, and the engineer will represent engineering on the Material Review Board.
Required Qualifications
- ABET accredited engineering degree
- Engineering degree in the field of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Aerospace/Aeronautical
- 10+ years experience minimum
- Previous Boeing (BCA or BDS) with current or previous Materials Review Board (MRB)
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Some positions may also be rotating shifts
