Job Summary
Conduct high-quality general and cardiac MRI procedures to support accurate diagnosis while administering IV injections as required. Post-process MRI studies and utilize hospital information systems including EMR, scheduling, RIS, and PACS software. Adhere strictly to departmental safety protocols and infection control policies to ensure patient, visitor, and employee safety. Perform as backup for staff absences and vacancies as necessary. Maintain full accountability for self and team contributions while demonstrating strong peer relationships and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an approved JRCERT (Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology) program
- A minimum of two (2) years experience working in general MRI
- Current R.T. (MR) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- Current CPR/BLS Healthcare Provider certification
