Job Summary
Lead, coach, and evaluate field technicians through hiring, training, and one-on-one performance reviews. Oversee daily job scheduling, technician assignments, and equipment/supply delivery while visiting job sites to enforce quality standards and analyze performance reports. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and scheduled van inventory appointments to manage fleet logistics. Partner with Business Unit Managers and Dispatch to streamline field workflows and ensure customer satisfaction aligns with company best practices. This role supports Mr. Rooter Plumbing's operational excellence within the Columbus, OH market, leveraging expertise in plumbing, electrical, or water restoration trades.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a skilled trade laborer (Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Restoration)
- 5+ years in a lead or supervisory/managerial role
- Strong proficiency in ServiceTitan software
- Excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
