MR ONC / Biopharma (Kyoto)

MR ONC – Biopharma role focused on executing medical representative activities in the assigned area, delivering value-based information to healthcare professionals, and achieving sales plans. Responsibilities include understanding marketing strategy and regional plans, providing evidence-based information to clinicians, planning based on KPIs and conducting 1-on-1 reviews with AM, analyzing market and facility conditions to identify gaps and take action, fostering constructive team discussions, leveraging coaching to improve selling skills, and planning/managing in-hospital events (web seminars and in-clinic briefings) while adhering to laws, guidelines, and internal rules. Required skills include MR experience in pharma, oncology experience (preferred but not mandatory), basic MS Office and CRM (Veeva), event planning and execution for HCPs, Zoom/webinar operations, stakeholder relationship-building with HCPs and KOLs, proactive problem-solving, analytical and communication abilities, and a passion for continuous learning.
