Job Summary
Senior CRM Manager responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies to drive personalised customer communications and incentive programs across consumer and business segments. Lead marketing automation via Braze, manage email, push, and WhatsApp campaigns, establish and report KPIs, own dashboards for CRM campaigns, collaborate with data science, brand, and performance marketing teams, and drive cross-portfolio campaigns within the Takealot Group. The role requires strong English writing, analytical skills, familiarity with lifecycle and 1:1 marketing, and experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Braze preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising or Communication
- 5+ years work experience in a CRM management role
- Experience with Braze or similar CRM marketing platforms
- Experience within e-commerce/digital company
- Strong analytical skills with data across platforms
- Experience with enterprise CRM solutions (Braze preferred) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud
