Job Summary
Install, configure, administer, upgrade, and migrate IBM MQ Queue Managers on Linux and Windows servers, leading version upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery activities. Manage MQIPT, clusters, HA/DR solutions, and SSL/TLS security while supporting Java/JMS integrations and application connectivity. Perform proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning, then troubleshoot channels, listeners, and networking issues to handle P1/P2 incidents and root cause analysis. Lead and mentor MQ support teams, manage workload distribution, and ensure SLA compliance by collaborating with application, infrastructure, and security teams. Define technical architecture, conduct code reviews, and maintain operational runbooks and procedures.
