MPS Customer Delivery Management

Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Account Delivery Managers to forecast resource needs, align delivery with business requirements, and drive strategic customer strategy. Nurture executive-level customer relationships, manage the FPR process, communicate project status to senior management, recruit and grow top talent, and foster a culture of excellence, cost efficiency, and high performance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, and collaborate with leadership to inform strategic decisions. Maintain focus on delivering high-value, in-scope contracted services across delivery towers and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience
- ITIL/ITSM experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in driving strategic customer relationships and managing delivery teams
