Job Summary
MPS Customer Delivery Management role leading a team of Account Delivery Managers to drive strategic customer relationships, forecast resource needs, and oversee talent management. Responsibilities include developing strategic customer strategy, contributing to growth plans, nurturing executive-level relationships, managing the FPR process, recruiting and developing top talent, communicating strategic requirements to senior management, and fostering a culture of excellence, cost efficiency, and high performance. Act as a subject matter expert to identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, with emphasis on aligning activities with business tactics and strategy. Requires a four-year or graduate degree and 7–10 years of related experience or 5–7 years of management experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, business, or customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
