MPLP Core and Coil Assembler - 2nd Shift

MPLP Core and Coil Assembler - 2nd Shift responsible for hands-on mechanical assembly of transformer components, including placing core laminations, positioning coils with an overhead crane, operating hydraulic presses, and crimping insulated copper cables. Performs blueprints/BOM-driven assembly with precision, uses cranes, forklifts, torque wrenches, and other tooling; trains new operators and collaborates with production teams, engineering, QA, and planning while complying with safety, 5S, and quality standards. Must interpret complex technical drawings and maintain clean, safe work areas; physical demands include standing, lifting, and working at heights in a large-scale manufacturing facility. Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience in heavy mechanical or electrical assembly, manufacturing, or power equipment.
