MPD Field Supervisor - International Saudi

Supervise daily Managed Pressure Drilling field operations and lead a team of MPD Field Operators to ensure safe, efficient project execution. Coordinate rig-up, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while acting as the primary on-site representative for Beyond Energy. Conduct pre-job meetings, daily safety briefings, and operational reviews to enforce company procedures and HSEQ standards. Monitor equipment performance, initiate corrective actions, and complete field reports, timesheets, and post-job documentation. Train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel while reporting operational issues and performance updates to the Operations Manager. Requires minimum 5 years of oilfield experience with 3 years in MPD and crew leadership. Hourly pay applies.
