MPCI Crop Insurance Market Leader

Job Summary
Drive revenue growth targets within the MPCI crop insurance market by serving as subject matter expert on commodity plans and programs. Build relationships with AIPs and partner with the Sales team to identify new business development, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities. Monitor and collaborate on RMA/AIP bulletins while working with Platform Operations to ensure efficient operations supporting sustained growth. Implement strategies to achieve financial targets across MPCI areas under Platform Leadership direction. Requires 10+ years in crop insurance leadership with experience supporting agency education and working with agents, RMA, and underwriting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in a crop insurance AIP or agency leadership or support role
- Rounded experience across MPCI commodity plans and programs
- Experience in supporting crop insurance education across agency
- Experience working with AIP's, Agents, RMA, and Underwriting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with AIP's, Agents, RMA, and Underwriting preferred
- AIP or crop agency experience preferred
