Job Summary
Source new applicants to fill gaps in the expert pool, often under tight deadlines. Review applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate hourly rates with new experts. Manage recruiting materials with Marketing to drive growth and ensure new experts complete required training. Approve expert hours for client invoicing and payments while maintaining strong connections with the talent pool. Collaborate across the Human Data team to ensure high-quality delivery. This role reports to the VP of Clinical AI and involves building systems to manage and grow the expert pool. Based in Seattle, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- You have at least 2-4 years experience in a recruiting, HR, or operations role.
- You are based in and around Seattle, Washington.

- You want to continuously learn and make systems and processes better and better.
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves, pick up the phone and problem solve to ensure that day-to-day operations hum smoothly.
- You may have a background in Human Resources (HR) or People or Operations, and you see a path to becoming a HR Business Partner or a leader in Business Operations.
- You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment (we are an early stage startup!).
- You are motivated, growth-minded and have the resilience to meet ambitious targets.
