Keep necessary supplies within reach to address client requests quickly and maintain order at tables, service stations, and staff areas. Ensure all service zones are organized, separating clean and dirty implements, while keeping attention areas—including carpets, rugs, and restrooms—clean and in good condition. Distribute service stations and replenishment duties among the team to avoid cross-traffic and ensure smooth operations. Adhere to LQA, SQF, and HACCP standards alongside safety and health regulations.
