Job Summary
Mow lawn areas consistently to maintain a clean, professional appearance and perform weed eating along edges, fences, walkways, and structures. Remove snow from sidewalks and parking lots, while maintaining grounds cleanliness by clearing debris and clippings after each session. Operate and perform basic maintenance on mowing and trimming equipment, and identify or report any grounds or property issues to management. Follow safety protocols when operating outdoor power equipment. Prior experience with mowing, weed eating, or general lawn care is preferred, along with the ability to operate walk-behind and riding mowers.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate walk-behind mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
