Job Summary
Operate equipment and tools safely to complete mowing, weed eating, and all other tasks as assigned. Report unsafe acts or conditions and assist with basic maintenance. Communicate with management regarding supplies and equipment issues. Clean and prepare job sites while performing various physical duties. This full-time role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment with consistent lifting up to 60 pounds. Candidates must possess or obtain Mine Surface Training, Safeland, and/or OSHA certification, with training provided by Jennmar. Located in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, the position offers competitive pay starting at $20/hour plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Ability to have exposure to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, dust, and dirt
- Possess or willingness to obtain Mine Surface Training, Safeland and/or OSHA
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor intensive work environment while being detail oriented
- Ability to work independently with/without supervision
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing consistently throughout shift
- Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test, and background checks
