Job Summary
The Mowing & Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for operating commercial lawn mowers, line trimmers, and backpack blowers, as well as installing and maintaining annual and perennial beds. Responsibilities also include performing tree and shrub planting, pruning, and maintenance, along with assisting with the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems as needed. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in landscaping and mowing, along with necessary certifications and physical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in landscaping and mowing
- Valid Class E Driver's License and clean MVR
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Knowledge of tools, materials and practices of ground maintenance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry it a reasonable distance
- Ability to bend and kneel for a prolonged period of time.
