Mowing/Grounds Worker

Job Summary
Operate and maintain lawn mowing equipment including riding mowers, push mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Mow designated areas according to established schedules, trim around obstacles and edges, and remove debris from sidewalks and driveways. Perform basic equipment checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance while following all safety protocols and wearing required protective gear. Report any property damage, hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately. Work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Seasonal or year-round hours vary based on weather and workload.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
