Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities and prepare accurate moving estimates based on customer needs and operational requirements. Convert qualified leads into booked residential and commercial moves while maintaining consistent follow-up through phone, email, and CRM. Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure accurate scheduling and service execution, delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Requires a minimum of two years of inside sales experience with a licensed household goods carrier and proficiency in CRM platforms and VoIP systems. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with performance-based bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with a licensed household goods carrier
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations, carrier operations, tariffs, and virtual or in-home estimating
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient with CRM platforms, email, and VoIP phone systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
