Job Summary
Load and unload furniture, boxes, and specialty items from trucks with care and precision. Pad, wrap, disassemble, and reassemble furniture as needed to prevent damage. Pack and unpack items efficiently and securely for residential or commercial moves. Communicate with customers professionally while navigating job sites, homes, elevators, and tight spaces to protect property. Follow safety procedures, assist with equipment inspections, and maintain cleanliness of trucks and materials. Support drivers and team leads with route planning and move logistics. This physically demanding role requires lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly and working in all weather conditions. Candidates need reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Average hourly earnings reach $30+ including tips, with opportunities for career growth into driver, crew leader, or supervisor positions.
