Moves & Small Works Manager

Manage MAC Projects and deliver MAC (including Small Works) services for client accounts across the UK/EMEA, ensuring QHSE compliance, on-time delivery, and adherence to commercial contracts. Responsibilities include guiding supply chain selection and management, providing accurate reporting and key client metrics, acting as the client interface for occupancy and space planning, delivering innovative layout options to improve workflow, supervising move delivery contractors, and proficient use of AutoCAD and MAC systems. Develop case studies within one week of project completion, generate leads and additional revenue from client accounts, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, maximise profit, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Strong focus on relationship-building with senior managers and external stakeholders, including promoting MAC consultancy services, and contributing to MAC Playbook and templates.
