Job Summary
Ensure client contents are safely removed, packed, and returned to their previous condition while operating tools and equipment. Work with experienced crew members to clean household contents during pre- and post-construction phases, maintaining job sites as clean and organized. Document restorable and non-restorable items using the Encircle app in the warehouse and on customer sites. Provide excellent customer service by interacting directly with clients throughout the process. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and complete work involving material handling, lifting, and the use of personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction or cleaning techniques
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract
- Fit test and other safety certifications
- Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
