Job Summary
Move-in Coordinator role: Serve as the primary contact for community tours and the smooth transition of new residents into the community. Coordinate move-in activities from start to finish, including gathering and distributing paperwork, ensuring marketing collateral and show rooms are prepared, maintaining the Resident Directory, and coordinating with department heads. Requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; on-site in West Hollywood, CA. Pay rate is $24-$28 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a history of administrative work experience is a perfect substitute
