Job Summary

Move-In Coordinator responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new residents into the community, assisting Marketing with administrative tasks, handling inquiries by phone and walk-ins, touring prospects as needed, qualifying leads, guiding tours to deposits using the sales process, organizing and supporting marketing events, and serving as a liaison for residents and families. Duties include maintaining the property knowledge, providing marketing information per process, preparing paperwork, building the resident file and directory, and supporting new residents’ adjustment to the community. Requires knowledge of MS Office, the ability to manage documentation and checklists, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while delivering compassionate service to seniors and their families.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer one year of experience working with seniors, preferably in the Senior Housing Industry
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care
  • Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
