Job Summary

Move-In Coordinator responsible for supporting sales via prospect inquiries and tours, performing CRM management and follow-up, taking deposits and reservation forms, conducting home or location visits with prospects, maintaining communication with families and residents, coordinating with Environments Services to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy, submitting work orders for repairs or touch-ups, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires at least 21, valid driver’s license, CRM experience, English communication skills, and the ability to manage a project from start to finish. Full-time role based in Norfolk, VA with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, and attendance bonuses.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED with Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience or interest in sales
  • Experience in a CRM platform
  • Demonstrated ability communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work a project from beginning to end with excellent follow up and follow through
