Move Coordinator - Amazon

Move Coordinator responsible for facilitating smooth interoffice moves across Amazon’s corporate campuses. Serves as primary point of contact for partners, customers moving locations, and internal teams; delivers exceptional customer service, maintains knowledge of building amenities and workspace configurations, and supports move projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities include creating, verifying, and formatting move lists; conducting on-site move verification and quality control walks; updating workspace data and seat corrections; performing audits of workspaces and IT equipment; and collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless coordination. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, willingness to travel within the Puget Sound region, and the flexibility to work a schedule that may include nights and weekends. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 2 years of related experience.
