MOVE Associate Experience Supervisor - Remote in Canada

Move Associate Experience Supervisor leads and engages a team of MOVE Coaches and MOVE Support Agents for the MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program, overseeing daily operations of MOVE Classes, training and retention of Associates, and collaboration with program management. Responsibilities include supervising direct reports, leading training and onboarding, coordinating monthly team meetings, recruitment support, ensuring high engagement and a positive experience for Participants and Associates, monitoring attendance, and contributing to program planning, evaluation, and policy improvements. Nice-to-have qualifications include post-secondary education in kinesiology or related fields, remote-work experience, and relevant fitness certifications. The role is a full-time remote position (37.5 hours per week) with occasional on-site travel to classes.
