Job Summary
The MOV Valve Technician is responsible for performing control valve repairs in compliance with TEAM’s quality procedures, directly communicating with customers, and ensuring all diagnostic, testing, and repair reports adhere to quality systems. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, along with 3-5 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include Control Valve Manufacturers Training Courses and knowledge of diagnostic analyzers. The technician must possess strong physical abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work in diverse environments including indoor and outdoor plant settings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Control Valve Manufacturers Training Courses and/or certifications preferred
- Knowledge of HART Communicator or other diagnostic analyzer manufacturer required
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
