Job Summary
Conduct daily coaching sessions for Boys and Girls Cross Country, Boys and Girls Soccer, and Field Hockey teams. Lead practices, manage team logistics, and foster a safe, nurturing environment aligned with district values of collaboration and inclusivity. Maintain student safety by ensuring all athletes are CPR/AED certified and have completed the NFHS Concussion Course. Prioritize equitable opportunities for deep learning through multiple pathways while partnering with the community to optimize resource use. Co-coaches hired for the same position receive proportional compensation.
