Job Summary
Dismount tires from wheels and mount them onto rims according to safety standards. Balance tires using approved equipment to ensure proper performance. Operate tire service equipment, including tire changers and balancers, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Inspect tires and wheels to identify defective conditions and accurately document all work performed. Assist with loading and unloading trailers or box trucks as needed. Demonstrate the ability to determine when components require repair or replacement. Follow all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist with other job duties as assigned
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
