Job Summary
Oversee daily Mountain Sports School operations by scheduling classes, assigning instructors, and managing payroll while providing on-snow support to ensure quality guest experiences. Assist with administrative duties including hiring, training, equipment inventory, and reporting on lesson feedback. Monitor instructor performance to provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed, while adhering to all safety programs and company policies. Coordinate with management and third-party organizations and participate in leadership forums for continuous improvement. This seasonal part-time role requires current PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification, 1-3 years of instructor experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Current PSIA/AASI Level 1 or equivalent certification
- 1-3 years ski/snowboard instructor experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to meet the physical demands of ski and ride training and drills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to demonstrate skiing or snowboarding techniques
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk, in various snow conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Current documentation showing they are eligible for employment in the United States
Desired Qualifications

- Competent user of RTP, Flaik, and UKG
