Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Mountain Sports School sales and ticketing office, including daily customer interface, staff scheduling, and employee training on point of sale systems. Manage fulfillment transactions, coordinate group and unique reservations with local schools and ski clubs, and bridge connections between Snow King's two sales departments. Handle general email correspondence, answer phones, and assist the Director in product development, payroll auditing, and guest complaint resolution. This seasonal role offers a rate of $24-$26 per hour with bonus potential based on financial performance. Candidates must be 21+, possess sales management experience, and be available for holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Sales management experience
- Successful completion of a background check
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Must be fluent in all aspects of the English language (spoken and written)
- Must have excellent guest service and communication skills
- Must work well in a team
- Must have sight, speech, and hearing abilities sufficient to learn skills, follow and provide directions
- Firm knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and browser applications
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- General knowledge of the ski industry highly preferred
- Fluency in the Spanish language is highly valued but not required
