Job Summary
Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with students from diverse backgrounds at Carlson Elementary School and Georgetown Community School. Deliver evidence-based individual and family therapy services consistent with trauma-informed standards while providing case management, including service planning, advocacy, and referrals. Facilitate behavioral health prevention groups and collaborate with the school district, child welfare system, and families to coordinate care. Assess behavioral health risks, complete suicide assessments and involuntary hold documentation per protocol, and report abuse or neglect concerns to Social Services. Participate in parent-teacher conferences, monthly Mental Health Team meetings, and ongoing collaborative supervision. Complete clinical documentation within three business days.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- at least one year of relevant professional experience
- relevant professional training
- Candidate status (SWC, MFTC, LPCC, LSW) with DORA
Desired Qualifications
- Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD
