Execute patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care while utilizing lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Conduct light housekeeping duties and care for bed-bound patients under staff instruction. Weekend shift differential applies to eligible full-time candidates with access to health insurance and weekly pay.
