Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping. Provide patient-specific activities such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and care for bed-bound patients.
