Moulding Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate daily moulding operations to meet production schedules, including timely mould changes, setups, and machine start-ups. Monitor production performance, cycle times, and scrap rates, addressing deviations promptly while supporting stable processes through operator assistance and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with GMP standards, quality checks, and 5S principles by enforcing safety protocols, managing material distribution, and collaborating with QC on root-cause investigations. Provide team leadership, training, and documentation management for KPIs like OEE and scrap. Requires MQF Level 6, five years injection moulding experience, and GMP environment familiarity. Manage production documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
Required Qualifications
- MQF Level 6 or higher in Engineering, Technical or equivalent
- Five years' experience in injection moulding and/or production coordination
- Knowledge of mould setup, process control and troubleshooting
- Strong technical understanding of injection molding processes and thermoplastic materials
- Experience working in a GMP-controlled manufacturing environment
- Good computer literacy skills, including advance knowledge of MS Excel, production systems an reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
